We kindly request a minimum of one day notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made by contacting the salon directly via phone call or email.
Cancellations made with insufficient notice or failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount may vary depending on the type of service booked and the notice provided.
The cancellation fee, if applicable, will be charged to the credit card on file or requested to be paid upon the next visit. The cancellation fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for your appointment slot that could have been utilized for other clients.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
Exceptions to this Cancellation Policy may be made at the discretion of salon management in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee or provide flexibility with the cancellation policy in such situations.
